Terms of Service

App Launchpad is a trading name of Velo Labs Limited. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter this agreement and accept these terms.

Your purchase and licence

Your purchase provides a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app concepts, prompts, reports, and supporting materials included with the products you selected. You may use those materials to build and commercialise your own apps, but you may not resell, publish, share, or redistribute the source materials as a competing template library.

Setup and third-party platform

Your app is set up using a third-party AI app building platform (approximately $40/month) which is required for the complete build and publishing workflow. This platform fee is separate from the $20 setup fee. Your App Setup Specialist will walk you through this on your call.

We are a participant in the affiliate program of the AI app building platform used to create and publish apps. As an affiliate, we earn commissions when customers sign up through our service. The commissions earned help support the operation of this service and allow us to provide app setups at this price point.

Third-party services, app stores, subscriptions, and publishing accounts are governed by their own terms and fees. We cannot control their availability, approval decisions, policy changes, or service quality.

Calls, texts, and service communications

By continuing through checkout, you agree that App Launchpad may call or text you about your order and app setup. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Optional marketing SMS consent is separate and is not a condition of purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be 18 years of age or older to consent to receive SMS messages from us.

Results and income disclaimer

You recognize and agree that we have made no implications, warranties, promises, suggestions, projections, representations or guarantees whatsoever to you about future sales or results, or that you will earn any money, and that we have not authorized any such projection, promise, or representation by others. You accept that although you use our services and products, you may not receive the sales or income desired. We are not responsible for your income or well-being. Please be aware of this.

The revenue figures shown are based on estimated App Store analytics data and are provided for illustrative purposes only. Individual results will vary. We do not guarantee any specific level of income or app revenue. The $5,000 Performance Guarantee is subject to the conditions described: completion of the setup call, app launch, and 90 days of the app being live on the App Store.

Refunds and the performance guarantee

Complete your setup call, launch your app, and keep it live for 90 days. If your app doesn't generate at least $5,000 in total revenue in those 90 days, we refund every penny of your purchase AND our team will personally redo your entire app setup with a different app — free of charge.

The full process and eligibility requirements are set out in our Refund Policy. Refunds revoke access to refunded products unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for responding to setup communications, providing accurate information, maintaining required third-party accounts, and complying with applicable law and app-platform rules. You are also responsible for your app's content, claims, privacy disclosures, subscriptions, customer support, taxes, and ongoing operation.

Intellectual property

App Launchpad, its branding, site, guides, prompts, reports, and source materials remain the property of Velo Labs Limited or its licensors, except for the limited licence granted above. You retain rights in your own original app content and branding.

Availability and liability

We may update or discontinue site features where reasonably necessary. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent allowed by law, App Launchpad is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability arising from a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
