Information we collect

We collect information you provide during checkout, delivery, or support, including your name, email address, mobile number, app selections, order details, callback preferences, marketing consent, referral and campaign information, and messages you send us. We also receive payment status and transaction identifiers from our payment provider. We do not store full card details.

We may collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, page visits, and country inferred from hosting or payment systems. This helps us operate checkout, prevent fraud, remember selections, and understand site performance.

How we use information

We use personal information to process and fulfil purchases, create and secure your App Launchpad access, deliver the products you selected, arrange your setup call, send order and service updates, provide support, keep records, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.

How we share information

We use service providers for payment processing, database hosting, website hosting, email delivery, customer relationship management, communications, fraud prevention, and analytics. They receive only the information needed to perform those services.
